Heart Tales is published by Jim Cyr, storyteller, crisis intervention specialist, and minister.
With this issue of Heart Tales we begin a series of stories about character. I believe that character is who we are in our thoughts, feelings, dispositions, and choices.
Stories influence our thoughts, feelings, dispositions, and choices by giving us examples of people with character traits we would like to imitate and examples of people with character traits we do not want to copy.
We will begin our stories about character with a story from Mongolia called “The Golden Picture.”
